Who is the Ann Arbor T-shirt Company? The Ann Arbor T-shirt Company is an apparel decorator and Amazon seller out of Ann Arbor, MI. Our goal is to provide our clients with an easy and enjoyable way to celebrate their identity and interests by leveraging first-rate technology, systems, and service. We do this in two ways. One is by sourcing, decorating, and selling private label apparel on Amazon Marketplaces worldwide. The other is by providing custom apparel and accessory solutions to our community in both the B2B and B2C space. We are looking for a Warehouse Floor Supervisor who possesses excellent time management, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills to manage our warehouse staff and logistics. Here’s what you can expect on a daily basis: -Oversee all receiving and warehouse logistics, primarily inventorying. -Ensure all garments are inventoried and moved on time for production. -Oversee a team of Warehouse Associates across two facilities. -Work as needed in other departments such as Pad Printing or Picking and Storage. -Operate a truck and forklift to ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded on time as dictated by the calendar. -Work directly with, and under, the Warehouse Inventory Manager as well as with other departments to coordinate supplies, reconcile supplier/purchasing errors, and ensure garments are delivered on time. -Maintain data entry of inventory. Occasional overtime and weekends may be required.
