Found longhair dogs-- not caught--Running on NE Sandy/35th

NE SANDY near NE 35th, Portland OR

Description

Two similar longhair dogs loose and running across traffic on NE SANDY Monday 4/5 morning seen ~10-11am. Almost hit by multiple cars and nearly causing traffic accidents. (meduim size sheepdog/terrier mix; one grey, one black) Photos attached of *similar* type of dog. They were out of control, I cannot remember exact descriptions. Multnomah Animal Services was called, a USPS post officer at NE 35th UPS and two construction workers at NE Imperial Dr tried to help catch them
