Rehoming Exotic Shorthair Cat

I need to rehome our 4 year old exotic shorthair cat. He is neutered and 4 paw declaw. Very sweet and loving. He does need to be brushed frequently as he has a lot of fur. He also needs his eyes wiped usually about every 2 days (this is normal for this type of cat). Will give you his kitty litter, 2 litter boxes, food and food container. Also food bowls.
