Looking for a motivated and able person to help with general maintenance and landscaping type work for the summer months (May - Sept) at a manufactured housing park. Duties include: - General landscaping (mowing, trimming, brush cleanup) - Tree trimming - Site work for new homes (grading, moving material, concrete pads, etc.) - Installation of new homes - Equipment maintenance Flexible hours with a weekday schedule (30-40 hours per week). Stay active while working outside and have your nights/weekends free! No direct experience necessary if applicant is responsible and willing to learn. CDL not necessary, but a valid driver's license and clean driving record are a must. Located on Route 108 in Somersworth, about 20 minutes from UNH.
