Four Peaks Landscape Management is looking to hire a highly qualified landscape pest control technicians. If you are a highly motivated self-starter who is organized, has a strong work ethic, can work independently and have a willingness to learn you are an ideal candidate. If you would like to become a certified applicator, training can be available for motivated applicants. Our Benefits include: • Competitive wages up to $23.00/hour + DOE • Health Insurance (Dental & Vision) • 401K with generous company match • Direct Deposit • Paid time off • Paid lunch breaks • Paid travel time from branch to job sites • Company provided training, CEU’s and professional development Job Description Treat weed, insect, disease and nutritional deficiencies by the application of appropriate products Perform pest control applications following specific Company established guidelines Perform a variety of application types including backpack, granular, and high volume spray applications Ability to problem solve using good judgment and common sense Ability to work independently Communicate effectively with Supervisors and fellow employees Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and laws/regulations governing pesticide applications Document all work performed via application records and daily work logs Properly maintain your truck and equipment and report any problems with the equipment in a timely manner Ability to work and walk for long durations in Arizona weather Employment Requirements Licensed in OPM Categories 4 (Right of Ways) and 3 (Turf and Ornamental). Valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving history Legally eligible to work in the United States Previous Sustainable Landscape Management experience is a bonus Reliable and punctual If you are interested, please forward you contact information for an interview.
