Job Description We are looking for Full-time employees to work Monday-Friday. Our hours of operation are 6 AM - 10 PM. We run two shifts, 6am-230pm and 130pm to 10pm. We are looking for two people to start on our second shift and 2 people to work our first shift We are a fast growing company so there is plenty of growth and advancement potential. We have had employees go from making $32K per year to over $42K in one year! Everyone starts for at least 3 months @ $15 per hour. Positions we are looking to move employees into over the next 2 years. 3 Shift lead positions (PHX) $36K+Bonus Starting 1 warehouse manager (PHX) $42K+Bonus starting 1 North America Warehouse superintendent. (PHX) $65K+Bonus starting 2 Shift lead position in our Minnesota warehouse (MN) $36K+Bonus starting Everyone here starts at the bottom but you can quickly advance if you are willing to work hard and show up. To apply, please reply to this ad. Warehouse Associate Job Role Summary: Your job will mostly involve assembling trailers. Our trailers all come disassembled so axles, side kits, rear gates, and couplers must be bolted on. After the trailers are assembled they get stacked in a way that we can ship them back out to our customers Other duties include, but are not limited to, helping load and unload vendor trucks, general tasks in the warehouse, stocking merchandise and other daily tasks as required.
