BUS STOP CLEANER Full time day shift, 5am-3pm. Four ten hour shifts. No Weekends. $14 per hour. $15 per hour after probation period. Regular raises. Company contribution for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available after 60 days. Paid vacation and sick time. Interviewing this week for a April 12th start date. Bus stop cleaning duties: Pick up litter, empty trash cans, sweep, pick up cigarette butts, remove graffiti, power wash sidewalks and bus stop furniture and then wipe down benches, garbage cans and shelters. Drive a large flatbed Ford F350 truck safely and work at a quick pace. Must be able to deal well with the public. Must be comfortable working in the heat. You must be at least 21. Experience in pressure washing, landscaping or other recent, demanding, outside physical work required. Qualifications: Must have your own cell phone and reliable transportation to get back and forth to work. You must be honest and dependable, and clean cut in appearance. Knowledge of streets in the Phoenix Metro area is absolutely required. You need a valid Arizona driver's license with a 3 year clean MVR. If hired, we will do a background check, E-Verify and drug test. City contract rules may exclude some types of felonies. Communication Skills: Able to read, write and speak English. Physical Demands: You may be required to stand and/or walk for 8-10 hour periods with short breaks. You must be able to climb on and off of a flatbed pick-up truck multiple times a day. You may have to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds safely. Respond to this ad through Craig’s List by email.
