Description

We are in need of a part time ongoing handyman/maintenance for group home. Tasks include drywall repair, painting, repairing miscellaneous items throughout home as they get broken. No major appliance repairs as we have a home warranty for those items. We have a home in Peoria and a home in Buckeye. Looking for honest, reliable, skilled, hardworking individual to help us ensure the homes are in good working order continuously. This is a 1099 position. Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
