Part of an industry-leading national Sign organization, Blue Chip Signworks is one of over 300 locations nationwide. We seek a full-time sign installer - signmaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will share our vision of building a quality-first organization dedicated to client satisfaction. We partner with our clients to accomplish their custom imaging, communications and advertising goals. Position Requirements: - Positive can-do attitude, willingness to promote the vision and mission of the business - Experience to effectively and safely use a wide assortment of power tools - Ability to lift 50 pounds - Clean Driving Record - Willingness and Desire to learn new things and take direction - Ability to manage your time effectively and efficiently and get a lot done. - Effective communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work independently but also collaborate closely with teammates - Ability to work directly and professionally with our clients In addition, the following skills will be positively considered - Any knowledge of the sign industry including products, substrates, media, and installation techniques. - Ability to install vinyl lettering and decals. The successful candidate will be expected to work with the team to execute installations, and build signage to production schedules. Installations will be both indoors and outside. She/he will enjoy providing a great experience for our clients, both in person and via telephone or email.
