This is Neko ! He is 2 years old and was born on Halloween. He is microchipped and I registered in in the AKC pals but I can switch be switched over to your name no issues. Neko often is off leash when I take him out and never runs off he stays with me and does his business and comes back whenever he is called. He is potty trained and will come up to you and let you know when he has to go. Neko does have a fee.
