Need to find a home for my beloved dog

We are moving out of the country and cannot take our dog. Her name is Sadie, she is a mixed breed beauty about 3 years old, about 40 pounds. She is primarily a house dog, extremely well behaved and loves to be around people. She is a little timid, I think she had a pretty rough start in life, but she is loving, loyal and chill in the house. She really loves to run, so I am looking for someone who will make the time to take her out every day for exercise. She doesn't really do well at the dog park, I think she just wants to be with her person. I take her out in the open space and let her run and she loves it! I'm not looking for any money, I just want to find her a home that she deserves. I will require a home visit with her.
