We are seeking an individual who has general maintenance experience to become an on-call Maintenance Technician at our beautiful Montgomery County property. Must be able to live on the property and apartment allowance is part of compensation package. Candidate must be able to deal with all maintenance issues that come up on a residential property such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, unit turns, roof work, snow removal, etc. Previous residential property maintenance experience is strongly preferred. Maintenance Technicians are charged with preparing vacant apartments for new residents and performing routine and emergency maintenance of all kinds and must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair & service. The right candidate will possess the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action in addition to having experience in the following skill sets: • General Plumbing • General electrical • Experience in Carpentry and painting • Valid driver's license • Provide & maintain own tools • Maintain a positive attitude when working with residents • Snow removal, including shoveling & operating a snow blower Excellent salary and benefits.
