Need 2 inches of cement

Hello, I'm looking for someone to put 2 inches of cement down in the area of the pic which is where a pool is going to go. I had pavers down last year but with the rain 1 of the pavers shifted and it caused the pool to lean. I would like 1 of 2 options 1. The entire area 26ft X 14ft with 2 inches of cement or 2. The outer parameter of the 26x14 to be about 2 inches deep and 2 feet wide so the pool legs can sit on that instead of pavers. I have a price for the work already, but I'm looking for other options to make sure I'm getting a good price. The pic of the pool is the type of pool I will be putting up. I'm also looking to have this done mid/end of April
