Homebuilder in Seaside Heights looking for a full-time Laborer/Porter to help with the cleaning and smooth running of construction jobs throughout the local area. Responsibilities of the Laborer: - Cleaning up the job sites throughout the day including sweeping, powerwashing, organizing, etc. - Moving or picking up supplies including lumber, equipment, containers, etc. - Pick-up/deliver items needed by the crews Requirements of the Laborer: - Valid Drivers License in good standing - Ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly - Must speak English Hours: - Ideally, 7:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday - We can be flexible if you have a conflict during the day. e.g. a school class.
