Lovely family in Miami Beach seeks an energetic Housekeeper to assist in the daily cleaning, care, and service of their home. This position consists of a Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm schedule. The ideal candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and have a proactive attitude towards keeping the home in pristine order. In addition to primary housekeeping duties, the ideal candidate must have knowledge of laundry services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • All aspects of general housekeeping, deep cleaning, and upkeep of the residence • Ability to perform museum-quality cleaning • Completing the family’s laundry including washing and ironing clothes and sheets • Superior organization skills and willingness to go above and beyond in all aspects of the job • Management and organization of all closets, pantries, and storage areas • Maintaining residence for guest readiness at all times • Additional Housekeeper responsibilities and duties as needed and requested by the family Requirements: • Strong command of English language; outstanding communication skills both written and verbal • Excellent references required from both current and previous employers • Minimum 3 - 7+ years of experience working in a private home • Valid Driver’s License a plus; confident driver with a clean driving record • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; willing and able to take direction well • Thorough knowledge of deep household cleaning, laundry, and organization • Polished, poised, and professional in both mindset and manner; use of utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times • Comfortable working in a home with children; able to assist with childcare when needed • Flexibility in scheduling with the willingness to work additional hours as needed • Legally able to work in the United States
