ATTACH RESUME [WILL NOT LOOK AT ANY RESPONSES WITHOUT RESUME]-TIME VERY FLEXIBLE - Part time during school year - work this summer - all COVID protocols followed - now all outside so long as COVID continues - college or grad student highly preferred (Case, CSU, John Carroll)- immediate- 4-8+ hours per week- in summer hours increase - car necessary-will do background check-time flexible (during day on week days)-if rains: inside work if COVID has ended - ceiling light bulbs, wash down interior walls and floors, cleaning rooms, run errands, clean basement - in warm weather: in yard, weeding, lawn and patio furniture, storm windows, preparing gardens, washing down exterior walls and floors, trimming, pruning, gutter cleaning, some heavy lifting, run errands, etc.-house located within 4 blocks of CWRU campus up Cedar Hill-within 4 blocks of Nighttown- qualities looking for: very conscientious, highly responsible, committed to quality work,"can do" personality, "take charge" approach-good academics-record of leadership-extracurriculars helpful-attach resume and references-"being handy" and not "clueless" critical
