compensation: $18-$20hr employment type: full-time **Must reply to job posting with phone number in order to be eligible for interview** Southern Erosion Control is seeking a Crew Leader with equipment operating experience including but not limited to Skid Steer, Mini Excavator, and/or Trencher. Crew Leader must have experience leading teams of no less than 2-3 people, and be able to write simple tasks completed in English. The ideal Crew Leader must be; • Hard working • Leader • Problem Solver • Dependable • Able to work outdoors in all elements • Reliable transportation to arrive at work at 7am. Starting Pay range for Crew Leader between $18-$20 an hour. Starting Pay is based on previous experience in the erosion control field. Opportunity for advancement after 60 days. **Must reply email to job posting with phone number in order to be eligible for interview** Preferred experience : Erosion Control, Landscaping, General Labor Paid Weekly. Overtime Available. PTO available after 6 months. Health Benefits available after 1 year of employment. Must be authorized to work in the United States
