Tree Work Ground Assistance/ Professional Climbers!

Need full time work? Do you enjoy working outdoors? We are a major tree service in Louisville Kentucky, looking for able bodied workers to offer support on the ground for our professional tree climbers. This job requires that you are able to lift heavy pieces of wood up to 100lbs, pull and lift large, heavy branches to our chippers and designated areas; it also requires raking, blowing, and other duties on the ground. Another important requirement is that you have a valid drivers license, and are able to drive a chipper truck. Heavy duty work boots and proper attire are required, which needs to be durable long pants like jeans, or heavier style industrial work pants, as well as heavy duty work gloves. We are also looking for experienced professional tree climbers. Applicants must have extensive experience in climbing trees, tree pruning, rigging branches, using chainsaws, and cleaning up tree removal jobs; applicants must possess the necessary rigging and lowering skills to safely perform tree pruning and removals of all types of trees. Must also have a valid drivers license and experience driving a truck with a trailer attached. Applicants must be ambitious and willing to work hard; must also have prior experience leading and training a tree crew in a safe and productive manner.
