Looking for dependable bricklayer / brick mason. We are a small family business located in Warren, MI. (14 and Dequindre Industrial Complex) Someone who has experience in residential brick and chimney repairs and restoration is preferred but commercial bricklayers who are willing to adjust to residential restoration will be considered too. Must be able to do the following: *Chimney Repairs and rebuilds *Porch repairs and complete rebuilds *Tuckpointing *Remove and replace individual bricks *Concrete chimney Crowns *Help set up anf tear down scaffold. *CAN'T be afraid of heights!. (We repair/rebuild a lot of chimneys) *Start time is 6:45 am sharp *Must be team player. *Must have drivers license We provide work vehicles to and from job site from office. We provide tools. No background checks (we only care if you can do the job) Pay is between $1,100 and $1,300 week plus bonuses. (Where in that range depends on skill level) Avg work day is 8 1/2 hours We also offer an extra $20 day attendance bonus at the end of the week. Up to $100 week in bonuses just for showing up 5 minutes early and not missing any scheduled work days. (That's up to an extra $400 month free money just for being dependable) EXPERIENCED ONLY PLEASE. (We are NOT training nor are we interested in "quick learners") You're either a bricklayer or your not. If you have a history of * missing work *always having car troubles *have "family emergencies" a couple times a month. *can't hear your alarm clock. *depend on someone other than yourself to wake up for work.
