We are looking for a team to cover the Wilmington area and surrounding cities You MUST have experience with REO/Bank Owned Foreclosure preservation and Maintenance work You will need to own the following equipment: Truck, trailer, air compressor, generator, lawn equipment, standard tools ( measuring tape, drill gun, hammers, etc) as you will be expected complete the following services Lawn maintenance, lock changes, debris removal and disposal, board ups, roof tarping, shrub and tree trimming, winterizations, and sales cleans ( among other things) You will also need a smart phone, WIFI and a printer, as you will be printing and posting required notices, and taking from thirty to several hundred photos and submitting them. Most services are due back to us within 48 hours, and they must be completed in the daylight.
