Job Description: We are a Data Service Bureau in the Critical Document Distribution and Payment Industry looking to fill a Print Operator Position within our main processing center and headquarters in Glendale Hts. IL. Main Duties: Main Duties include working in our Account Services Department to maintain client relationships and the ongoing workflows that support the client jobs. Operation of Digital Laser Printers including creating print streams, scheduling output, loading forms and other necessary tasks. Processing of Customer Work thru our proprietary software applications based on production schedule and deadline commitments. Monitoring the workflow of various jobs from acceptance of data thru to distribution of all output. Keep equipment operational by calling for repairs; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Protect operations by keeping all information confidential and adhering to security protocols and procedures. Skills/Qualifications: Independent Self-Starter. Ability to evaluate basic mechanical issues on Printing equipment and take necessary action to reduce downtime. Requires someone who can multi-task and remain organized and focused on quality and accuracy of multiple tasks at the same time. Using a Windows based workstation and related technologies should be 'second nature', including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to perform in a 'deadline' based environment. Flexibility to extend the work day and provide extra time upon request including partial shifts on Saturdays. Familiarity with Postal Regulations and Processing a plus.
