I have graas cuts for bank owned properties. You will need your own equipment, trailer and truck or a vehicle to pull trailer. You will also have to fill out a 1099 for taxes.(you pay tour own taxes.). Also you need to have a phone with internet. Be reliable and complete work by due dates.
