Hi I'm looking for someone to keep a rental property mowed and trimmed as needed, address is 3562 N College Avenue it is a duplex on a corner lot. Must be able to accept payment through either Zelle or Venmo. Usually needs done every 1-2 weeks during spring and fall and every 2-3 weeks during summer. I can get you in touch with the tenant to arrange when needed. If interested please let me know what you'd charge to take care of this and how you accept payment. Someone either local to the area or already in the area for other jobs would be ideal. Thank you!
