Working as part of the Sanitation / Janitorial Team at Smoking Goose means helping to clean the equipment and spaces we use to make over 40 varieties of bacon, sausages, salumi, and smoked meats in downtown Indianapolis. No slaughtering is done at Smoking Goose -- the equipment and spaces we use are more similar to a large kitchen.
about 30 hours per week: work Monday - Friday during daytime hours (off evenings, weekends, holidays)
