Apartment Community located in Baldwinsville, NY is looking for Maintenance Techs to join our team. Must have Painting experience, along with Plumbing, Heating & Electrical.
Duties include but are not limited to painting, cleaning, seasonal snow & lawn maintenance, work orders and able to be on-call.
