Our operation is a tier 2 marijuana grow operation that is doing well and looking to expand! We have roughly 4,000 plants in process. We are are a medium sized company, and due to recent expansion a new lead position has become available. We are offering benefit match including health, dental, and vision insurance. We have a great team and recipe for success. This position includes the opportunity for raises and bonuses. Duties will include: - Maintaining a clean and healthy living environment for the plants best success. - Managing a group of plants throughout the harvest cycles. - Implementing the details of the farming regiment i.e., irrigation, climate control, and plant health. - Basic computer skills to record and relay information for the team. We do not require marijuana experience. We are just looking for someone who is clean, organized, will work hard, be honest and is looking for a long term role to grow in.
