Seeking home recording guru

Hi, there. I’m hoping to find a home recording guru or an inexpensive engineer to look at my modest set up and help me maximize the use of my equipment. I have a small space/room and some decent mics, guitars and amps. I use virtual drums and other virtual instruments depending on the need. I’m a guitarist who can half ass a decent sounding demo but recording acoustic guitars, EQ, and vocals are always just so laborious and rarely sound as good as I’m sure they could if I only knew WTF I was doing:) Using Studio One, UA Apollo Twin, a WA Tone Beast an few different mid level condenser mics.
