Bed Maintenance Technicians- $18-$22 per hour (must have a good driving record, basic knowledge of plant material and bed maintenance.) Fertilizer Technician- $18-$22 an hour (must have a good driving record, experience and basic knowledge of agronomy, turf health and application experience.) Mowers and General Landscape labor- $16-$22 per hour based on experience and driving record. 60 day performance bonus and health care benefits after 6 months.
