Looking for a reliable landscaper/helper to maintain a 5-acre house around I-35 and NE50. Must be detail oriented, respectful, careful, honest, strong work ethic and strong follow through. Must have a truck. References needed and must pass background check. -Mowing with zero turn and push mower -Edging and weed eating -Tree trimming and care -General landscaping -Watering plants/trees -Chain link fence repair/maintenance -Standard maintenance and repair of lawn equipment -Basic carpentry skills -Outdoor painting/staining and maintenance of wood and metal structures -Irrigation knowledge/experience -Asphalt repair and maintenance -Natural insect/pest control -Gutter cleaning/repair -Pool cleaning and maintenance (knowledge of pump systems a plus) -Wasp/mud dobber nest removal -Electrical knowledge/experience -Care and cleaning of chickens and their coop -Handyman skills highly desirable -Pond care Please send contact info and some information about you (and salary requirement) to setup an interview.
