Handyman 1of 5: Drywall and texture repair Drywall damage photos: See 6 photos with brown wall of hall bathroom; the edge where tile was grouted needs to show drywall not grouted edge. See 4 photos of left side of master bathroom shower near floor, middle, top then entire wall, of damage See 4 photos of right side of master bathroom shower top middle bottom and all of 7” section damaged 1a. Repair damaged master bathroom walls next to the left and right shower walls. Recent shower demolition and installation caused this damage which is approximately 7 inches wide and from floor to ceiling. This bathroom has Hawk and Trowel Texture and will need to be matched with proper texture. 1b. Repair damaged hall bathroom wall located outside of the right shower wall. An unsightly grout line shows and looks terrible. I need a solution. 1c. Recently installed recessed lighting errors caused ceiling popcorn damage around the lighting. I'm hoping this damage can be repaired. 1d. Recently installed triple light switch cover in living room was installed crooked and might need to be straightened and then wall repair and texture. 1e. Possible drywall texture repair required behind toilets. 1f. Master bedroom Closet baseboard re-texture 1g. Mirrored hall bathroom cabinet was raised to make room for the new faucet handle and vanity height. Must paint and repair wall that is now white, so this is not noticeable. 1h. Light above cabinet in master bathroom was spray painted and the previous handyman pulled it off and pulled off part of the wall paint; repair as necessary. 1i. Possible repair behind wall mounted bedroom tv; previous handyman made 3 holes/attempts to get the right height and patche4d quickly, which shows. Remedy situation. 1j. Inspect house and make texture repairs as needed Handyman 2 of 5: Wax Seal Repair Remove and re-install the master bathroom toilet wax seal + grout a few small areas around toilet and behind vanity wall (Wax seal is only a few weeks old, but needs to be removed and resealed because the seal was broken by family members sitting on the toilet before it was grouted and the seal must have come loose because it has overflowed 2 times 2a. Remove Grout from around toilet 2b. Remove toilet from wall; remove previously installed (2 weeks ago) wax seal 2c. Install new wax seal (I will provide) 2d. Reset toilet with shims (I will provide) 2e. Re-grout around toilet 2f. Install bidet hardware on toilets (I have the needed hardware for each toilet) Handyman 3 of 5: Painter 3a. Some door repair is necessary prior to painting them. 3b. Paint a few household doors; Do you have a paint sprayer to do this? I will clean the sprayer for you 3c. Paint correction and or retouch paint issues around the house where needed; living room double doors, living room ceiling, etc 3d. Paint bathroom ceilings after retexture work (next day) 3e. Paint walls after retexture and or drywall repairs have been made (next day) Handyman 4 of 5: Install Misc. 4a. Install new sliding glass shower doors for hall bathroom; master bathroom handyman used his miter saw to cut the top and bottom rail pieces to size. 4b. Install 3 shower grab bars into two porcelain tiled bathroom showers (qty 2 in hall bathroom shower and qty 1 in master bathroom shower) 4c. A diamond drill bit is required (I will provide) because the porcelain will break other types of drill bits and the tile, and will not drill through the porcelain. 4d. Hook up new vanity bathroom cabinet and sink new plumbing fixtures from wall to the vanity cabinet new sink and faucet, after the baseboard tile behind the vanity has been grouted. (I have the needed parts) 4e. Hall Bathroom toilet water level is low, and inside of the tank is not clear- need that remedied 4f. Schluter issues/Use marker to correct Handyman 5 of 5: Installer 5a. Install 2 laundry room wall shelves that will measure 60"x24" above washer and dryer 5b. Install 2 tilt-out or tip-out hinges on the faux kitchen sink drawers to install the rev-a shelf tip-out drawers 5c. Switch out electric outlets from brown to white color (I will provide) (6-8) 5d. Hang mini blinds on 2 windows 5e. Install a new curtain rod 5f. The back door is hard to open and close-Need it Fixed ALL: Before leaving, we need all handyman guys to assist with moving the master bedroom furniture (2 towers, headboard, queen bed and box springs) toward the closet to make more room on that side of the bed. We need to install the bridge above the bed and mirror behind headboard, and will need to install extension cords to the cabinets (may need to drill small hidden holes in the cabinets to thread electric cords so cabinets have electric power that can't be seen outside of the cabinets (Need small hole bit only large enough to thread the plug through) Then will need help moving a 5-foot cubby cabinet from the hall to the bedroom underneath the window sill after the bedroom furniture has been moved.
