Want Siamese female kitten free to good home

Looking for a female siamese kitten over 7 weeks and under 8 months old. If it is a younger kitten I will accept those with first visit care with PROOF from a veterinarian, not a farm supply store. If it is an older kitten I would like it to already be spayed. I require proof that the household which the kitten comes from is free of infectious disease found in cats to a reasonable level if it is a multicat home. I am willing to pay an appropriate rehome fee for these services having been provided ahead of time for me by an individual.
