Must possess basic handy-man skills. Valid Driver's License, clean driving record and reliable transportation. Safely work on steep pitch roofs. Work in confined spaces(attics & crawlspaces) Work in various outdoor weather conditions. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Safely carry, set up and work on extension ladders up to 40ft Duties include, but are not limited to: Exterior repairs(soffit repair, sealing foundation, installing vents, ect.) Gutter guard and drip edge installation Attic insulation removal and install Cleaning and sanitation Job Types: Full-time
