ATI is a company located on the west side of Winter Haven bordering Auburndale and Lakeland. ATI manufactures aluminum diamond plate products and is currently seeking an Experienced MIG Welder. We offer air conditioned welding booths, competitive pay, holiday pay, sick time, vacation time, and lunch every Friday. Work hours are daytime Monday-Friday. We are a Drug Free Work Place and require a pre employment drug test before you can start employment. This is a piece work position, your pay depends on your production, if you are not interested in piece work please do not apply. $17-19$ on average doing piece work. You will get paid 14$ per hour during the training period in which you will learn how the product goes together, get everything dialed in and get up to speed. The training period is usually a week or so before you reach average piece work pay but depends entirely on your ability. Come in Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8am - 11:30 or 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM and don't forget your welding hood. Our address is 14 Spirit Lake Rd Winter Haven FL 33880.
