Rehoming 3 Year Old Beagle Terrier

Description
Unfortunately, we must part with our amazing Beagle Terrier. She is a wonderful, healthy, and happy three-year-old dog. We have a large lot with an invisible fence, and due to equipment failure, she learned to run through the barrier. We fear that she will run away and get hit by a car. Even after retraining, she runs through the barrier and we feel she deserves a better life than to be on the dog run or in the house all day. This beautiful dog is fully housebroken and has learned many commands including, sit, stay, release, come, heel, yip-yip (this means go), wait, lie-down, go-lie-down (point to spot), crate-up, leave-it. She is an excellent swimmer and fetcher. She is good with kids and she likes being near you and will cuddle up on your lap when invited. You can pick her up and hold her like a baby. She is good with car rides and boat rides. She doesn’t even bark very much. She loves her toys and will drop a pull toy at your feet in hopes that you will play tug-of-war. Leave the room for 20 minutes, come back, and she is so excited to see you all over again. This dog is a perfect age for a family that does not have time to housebreak a new puppy. She is old enough to be well trained and young enough to bond with a new family and to take her training to the next level. She is used to daily walks and makes a good running buddy. Potential new owners must have a traditional fenced-in yard. Please, no electric or invisible fences. We are charging the same adoption fee we paid for her, $350, to ensure your commitment. She comes with all of her original adoption papers, veterinary records, and a Wisdom Panel DNA analysis. She is 25% Beagle, %25 American Staffordshire Terrier (AMSTAF), and 50% hound groups. Her shots and heartworm are up to date. She will come with a three-month supply of Trifexis heartworm and a flea treatment. We will also include an album of her puppy pictures. Full disclosure, she is a hunting dog and gets very excited over squirrels, rabbits, other small animals, even small cats, and dogs. We think she might have a chicken allergy. We have removed it from her diet with great results. She has a lush, short hair coat. She has a little blue tattoo that shows she has been spade. She had a couple of ear infections that are common to beagles and she will come with a bottle of Pharmaseb ear flush that is easy to use. She is in perfect health and is fully grown at 34 pounds.
