ISO Live-In Nanny/Elder Care In Exchange For Housing

Hello, My name is Brittany and I have been working in childcare for 15 years in capacities of all sorts: full time nanny of 6, au pair, nanny for a premie, summer camp counselor, and am now a middle school church volunteer. Unfortunately I have some health struggles that prevent me from working, which leaves my income very tight...... (I am under the poverty line by more than $20k a year) My fiancé of 3yrs+ just broke up with me and said he decided that he no longer want to deal with all the health problems. I am looking for a private room, preferably on the ground floor, in exchange of offering 10-15hrs / week of my time helping around the house, babysitting, or elder care assistance. I am vaccinated and take COVID seriously. While my health is complicated, I believe I can still provide quality care. I have raised my nephew, who is on the spectrum and has special needs, through the state as his primary giver from about 4mos - 3.5 years old. My little man just went back to my sister recently. I have a small terrier who is 12yo and a 2 year old GSD/Husky I am training to help with stability and provide other disability assistance. It is important to me I can keep them with me if at all possible, but obviously open to discussion on that. I work as a middle school youth ministry administrator at a non-denominal Christian church in Post Falls, and am also taking on online class on musical composition I have been enjoying. I enjoy yoga, swimming, and hiking as my body allows, volunteering, spending time with my family, giving all the Auntie love to my niece and nephew, going to our family cabin in the summer riding my mobility scooter around in the nice weather, dogs are life, and I love to travel! I am really looking forward to building friendships with other women in the church, through the youth ministry or in a small group setting or similar. I just started attending (decided not to go back to church A post Covid) so I don't know many people yet, but I am very excited about it. I have a car, license, and clean driving record. I am also current on CPR/First Aide as DSHS required it. Open to anywhere in the greater Spokane/CDA area.
