We are looking to hire people throughout Central and North Central Florida to help low-income people get access to FREE health care Insurance. We are specifically looking for people who want to earn a good living helping other people. JOB DUTIES • Going into low-income areas to pass out information flyers. • Giving a brief description of what we are offering to people who are interested when you hand them a flyer. • Putting people who want to act immediately in touch (by phone) with one of our agents. • Answering your phone for people who are calling back after having been given one of your flyers but did not act immediately. • Taking down their information and forwarding it to one of our agents. • Reporting your numbers to us by midnight for each day you work. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Must have your own reliable transportation. • Must have a valid Driver’s License. • Must be able to do a lot of walking and be out in the hot Florida sun. • Must have a modern reliable smart phone. • Must have an outgoing personality and not be afraid to talk to strangers. • Must be able to follow instructions. COMPENSATION • We pay $10.00 per valid lead generated by you whether that lead came from first contact or a call back off a flyer. • We have realistic performance bonuses for those that want to work hard and make more money. • Whatever leads you have put in our system between Saturday and Friday of each week will be paid the following Friday. • You can realistically expect to make between $150.00 and $300.00 per day worked depending on the location and the time you spend working GETTING STARTED To get started you will need to call (352) 380-2100 where you will be given instructions as to where to go for a brief orientation. At this orientation you will receive all the information you need to get started immediately. You can work whatever days and hours you wish but remember the more you put in the more you will get out.
