Is anyone willing to volunteer a gift

My friend came to Daytona to buy a sailboat. He got a reasonable deal on one and got lucky and only spent $700 for his dinghy and outboard. He spent the rest of his money outfitting the boat getting ready to sail it home, while staying at a local motel. Unfortunately, his dinghy was stolen and he now has no way to get to his boat,or leave it once he is on it. Is there anyone in the Daytona area, willing to gift him a dinghy, or part of the money to buy a new one. Like I said, he gotucky for $700. All of the ones posted nearby are $1000 or more. He has about 4 days left in his motel then, he will be without anywhere to stay and out of money and options. If anyone can help, please let me know. Thank you, Joe
