Seeking 2 property maintenance technicians well versed in apartment turnover to service the bay area DUTIES -painting -light plumbing(fixture Installation and light clogs) -light electrical(Fixture Installation, receptacle and switch replacements) -General handyman skills -light finish carpentry skills(Base Boards, Trim, Replacing counter tops etc…) -change out thermostat -Drywall patching and texturing -replace flooring( Vinyl, tile, laminate) -Cover driving area of Bay Area, Mostly East Bay MUST HAVES -Basic tools hand tools(Hammer,Screwdrivers,Hand drill etc…) -Reliable transportation -pride in work -self-starter self-motivator -attention to detail -2 years of experience -Strong customer facing skills & experience -Able to lift 75 lbs - Able to operate Hand tools - PPE: Steel Cap Boots;Safety Glasses;Gloves N-95 mask will be provided JOB DETAILS -Rate : 22 to 28 p/h -Typical work week from 8am-5pm -This is a long term position -Mileage expenses covered. -Overtime available References & background checks will be required.
