Warehouse Supervisor Direct receiving, warehousing and distribution/warehouse driver dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the efficient receipt and storage of product, route and dispatch deliveries and be the primary source of support of warehouse and shipping operations. Responsible for achieving productivity targets and that all warehouse protocols are running smoothly and promptly. Duties and Responsibilities: ● Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision. ● Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and warehouse dispatch. ● Ensure efficient space utilization, maintain and continuously improve warehouse and yard space in a clean and organized fashion. ● Follow all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements. ● Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security. ● Manage stock control and report to management throughout shift. ● Produce quarterly physical inventory counts. ● Inspects forklift logs; reports damage to forklifts. ● Ensures daily clean-up and lock-up procedures are completed. ● Must communicate with all personnel in a professional manner via phone call, text and email.
