Super Pink Full Moon Sound Bath & Meditation "Life is meant to be felt; it is a vibration to love." ~ Lisa Annese ***************************************************************************************************** EVENT DETAILS Event: Super Pink Full Moon Sound Bath Meditation  Date: Saturday, April 24, 2021 Time: 4PM - 5:30PM (doors open at 3:45PM to set-up your own area) starting promptly at 4PM Investment: $40 - either Venmo@ lisa-annese-1 or via Eventbrite  Location: Indoor Private Studio in Franklin Lakes (address to be provided upon registering)**Space is Limited to 12 Attendees** **************************************************************************************************** SOUND BATH MEDITATION  A sound bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that heals and relaxes the body, calms the mind and moves energies from the subconscious and body.  Meditation is an opportunity to spend time with your own soul.  It is the gift of the present moment to recognize, reflect and release anything that is no longer serving your higher good.  Participating as a group heightens the experiences as it builds community and connects with the energies of the others who are experiencing their own personal healing soul journey.   The sound bath will include a variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, drums and more to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and connect with every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.  *************************************************************************************************** WHAT TO BRING A yoga mat, blanket, pillow & water to create your own comfortable healing space. *************************************************************************************************** SAFETY PROTOCOLS Space is limited to 12 attendees, set up 6 feet apart.  Please wear a mask upon entering the studio and refrain from attending if you are experiencing any COVID related symptoms and/or have been recently exposed to anyone with COVID.  *************************************************************************************************** INFORMATION ABOUT THE PINK SUPER FULL MOON The April Full Moon, traditionally called the "Pink Moon," will be a "Super Moon," the first of 3 for the year. It will peak the night of April 26 and into the early hours of April 27. A Super Moon occurs when the moon is full white at the point in it's orbit when it's closest to Earth, making it appear larger than normal. The April Full Moon often corresponded with the early Springtime blooms of a certain brightly colored wildflower native to Eastern North America: Moss Phlox (Phlox Subulata), which went by the name, "Moss Pink." This type of flower covers the ground like a pink blanket. **This is a special time of spiritual breakthroughs, awakening and reflection.  It is the start of the Spring season; an opportunity to allow for new growth, beginnings and acceptances of new energies to enter into your world. **
