*Need Lawn Mowed Monthly Basis*

I need my lawn mowed on a monthly basis (my grass grows very slowly and lots of bald spots), not every week, and not every two weeks, etc. This will be a continuing job as I will need straw and leaves removed in the fall (must be removed from the property, not mulched).
