I am designing a technology product to improve job opportunities for people without college degrees. I am doing initial customer research and looking to hear a range of perspectives from potential customers. If this describes you: - Significant work experience (3+ years full-time or equivalent) - Proven record of success on the job (e.g., strong performance reviews, promotions, raises, positive customer feedback) - Looking to move into jobs with higher pay, better benefits, better hours, etc. - Have considered college or have enrolled, but have not completed a degree - Have applied to but not been hired for a job because the job required a college degree OR wanted to apply but didn't because the job required a college degree ... then I'd love to hear your story. I don't need any private or personally-identifying information; I'd like to hear about your professional experience so far and then hear your feedback on the product concept.
