Residents and fellows in all years of training and all medical specialties are encouraged to participate. WHAT TO EXPECT The Sauce Bosses BBQ Food Truck will be parked down the street from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Creighton University, in the Dewey Red Cross Blood Donation Center parking lot. Stop by the food truck any time between 12pm and 2pm to enjoy lunch and collect information about leading hospitals, healthcare systems, and practice groups across the country.
