LONG BEACH, NY — The Long Beach Police Department reported the following arrests for the week ending March 29. All charges are merely accusations. Thomas A. Harvey, 38, of Long Beach, was arrested on March 23 at Long Beach police headquarters and charged with third-degree assault and child endangerement.Zavien Austin Joseph, 21, of Uniondale, was arrested on March 23 at Long Beach police headquarters on two active Long Beach City Court arrest warrants.Paul P. Marshall, 29, of Far Rockaway, was arrested on March 28 on Riverside Boulevard and charged with driving with a suspended license, no license and making an improper right turn.
