Due to COVID-19:⭐️ Make sure to follow social distancing guidelines
⭐️ Bring anything you need to meditate(blanket, mat, cushion, towel, etc)
⭐️ Please use the restroom before our session because most public restroom are CLOSED
Schedule:Part 1: Mindful Hike
We'll start with a 15-minutes easy hike in Presidio Forest.
Part 2: Guided Meditation
Once we arrive at our location, we will enjoy a 30-minutes guided meditation session surrounded by beautiful redwood trees. I'll guide you through a meditative adventure step-by-step that will help your mind and body relax.
Part 3: Meditative Talk
We'll have a brief meditative talk about meditation, wellness and personal growth.
Afterward, we'll hike back to the starting point.
Other Things to Note:⭐️ NO restroom break during the session so please use the restroom before our session. The closest restroom will be 5 mins drive (20 mins walk) away from our meeting point.
