SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Two people died Saturday after a vehicle plunged off of a cliff in Bodega Bay, according to the Bodega Bay Fire Protection District.
Two women were inside the vehicle, KTLA reported. Both people were pronounced dead at the scene, officials said. Their identities have not been released.
Dozens of people at a scenic overlook near Bodega Bay's Head Trail saw the SUV fall down the 70-foot cliff and land on its roof, Capt. Justin Fox of the Bodega Bay Fire Protection District told KTLA.
