Description
A tall mint, greyish green leaves, small lavender flowers, great for pollinators. Via google "The leaves and shoots can be added to soups and sauces. Tea made from the leaves and flowers can be used for calming nerves and relieving coughs, congestion, and menstrual cramps." Comes back every year, tall plant, doesn't spread like regular mint, will seed itself here and there if the flowers go to seed but easy to control.
