NEED LICENSED CONTRACTOR FOR MOLD REMEDIATION & CREW FOR UNIT REMODEL

I need a licensed/bonded/insured contractor who specializes in mold remediation to remedy a recurring drywall mold problem at one of my rental properties in Beaverton. We've cleaned and kilz sealed the drywall twice and the mold has returned. We need to take it to the next step and need someone who specializes in this area of mold remediation so we can solve this problem before the new tenant moves in. The unit is currently vacant. The address is 5055 SW Menlo Drive unit 2, Beaverton 97005. I also need a licensed/bonded/insured contractor who has a crew to gut and remodel a one bedroom, one bath condo in the Mountain Park area of Lake Oswego, approx. 750 sq ft. You will need to be approved by my HOA and submit drawings and description of the work to be completed to the HOA for certain aspects of the remodel. I need someone who has good ideas on what layout would look best and someone who has done many of these.
