Sweet young cockatiel needs forever home

I have an incredibly sweet, healthy, tame young pied cockatiel (4 months old) who needs a loving home that can give him lots of affection and time. I can tell he will become an incredible companion for someone or for a family, and it breaks my heart that I cannot keep him (no fault of the bird at all). Please only reach out if you really love birds and have time for a long term companion like him, and preferably if you have had experience with birds before. He should not be treated as a gift, or as an ornament; he is a friend. I’ll probably ask some questions to anyone who is seriously interested to make sure he finds the right home. Rehoming fee of $300 includes starter cage (he may need a bigger cage eventually unless he will get lots of out of cage time), toys and food.
