General contractor needed

My three family just had the entire plumbing re-done and needs some walls patched up after they added the pipes. I need someone who has experience with sheetrock and painting. Must also be able to lift over 50 pounds. I own the house and need the walls patched up and painted and then the plumbers can come in and fill the pipes with water. Than I can finally be done remodeling the house. I need 1 months work for now. Depending on the quality of work I might be willing to hire an excellent contractor or handyman full time. We must meet in a heavily populated place for the interview and I would like to see a resume. Starting pay will be $500 a week cash however, just be prepared that come tax time I will be issuing out a 1099-G. Please do not apply if your on full unemployment. Applicant must have a valid drivers license and no criminal record. I would preferably like an applicant with a truck. Schedule can be applicants choice. 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. If after a month I think the work is exceptional or to my standard I am willing to hire full-time starting at $3,000 a month. I flip houses so although I like the recommendations on what to do these decisions I make are my risk and burden only.
